Your Order Shipment
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail fist class for smaller packages and DPD 48 hour for larger orders. DPD delivery includes a signature and is fully tracked.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Cancelling or changing an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it has been placed please contact us on 07768 717223 or email within 24hrs.
You will need to quote order number and the date you placed the order.
Provided it has not be dispatched we can cancel your order.If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then can you please follow our returns procedure.

We hope you will be pleased with your order. Should you wish to make a return, we will be happy to refund a product.

Please note: the price of the item will be refunded to the purchaser once its received by us. We will refund original delivery charge in the event of a product being faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Sending and packing your return
Please enclose your delivery note with the return stating the reason for the return.
Return the package in its original packing and in a fully resalable condition, to ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
Milborne Buds is dedicated to ensuring you are happy with your products, prices and service. Should you wish to make a return, we will be happy to refund a product, provided its in its original and undamaged packing.
If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition ,we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will refund the original delivery charge in the event of a product being faulty, damaged or incorrect. The delivery charge will not be refunded if this product is simply unwanted.
Should any of our products be found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will be pleased to arrange either a refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.
